I need an application or access "program" written to compare data from [url removed, login to view] contact information against information gathered by our sales staff, to provide a list of new contacts, and a list of those with updated details.
The fields it would need to compare are:
First Name & Last Name
Mobile Phone Number
Where there are multiple contacts that match, all need to be listed (so not a simple vlookup function in excel).
I need to be able to remove those that are false matches.
True matches must show which fields are to be updated.
End result to be in excel format for updating or importing using the "salesforce excel connector".
Open to better suggestions, I have the Professional Edition of salesforce.
