I am in need of someone to take csv files that contain land owner information ( such as address, name, etc..) from 5 different counties on this website [url removed, login to view] and delete all the rows I do not need, remove duplicate entries (some will pick up automatically but some will be the same with a few characters difference meaning you will have to manually go through and check a lot of them), and deliver them to me in an excel file (csv). I will only be looking for certain acreage criteria which you can set before you download the files. I did a test run with 1 county and it took me about 30 minutes to download the file and use the auto delete for duplicate entries, I ended up with around 1,700 entries and it took me about 1 hour to scan through them and delete the rest of the duplicate entries that had not been typed in exactly the same. So I am guessing this should take someone around 2 hours per county max and no more than 10 hours total for all 5 counties we specify. If everything goes smooth with this project we have many more similar jobs that may be available.
