I would like to have an intelligent access database including Tables, Forms, and reports for notes taking and research. The database should be normalized yet integrated

The tables which I'm looking for are:

- Topics

- Notes

- Dates

- People

- Groups

- Organizations

- Locations

- Cities

- References

Each table will have its own form. Notes will be the main Form of this database and updating other related tables should be through Note form . All these tables should be assosiate to each other through the Note form. For example, Notes will have many-to-many relationship with People. Another Example, Locations will assosiate to Cities one-to-many but I will use Locations in the Note form

The forms will be discussed depends on the programmer approach.

- The Note form should have some features to capture the idea like attaching PDF or images and so on

- Using the database and entering the data should be easy and friendly

- data will be exported as Excel

- The database should be based on Access 2013

- a database search form will include all related elements

- tables relationships should be simplified

- Any extra ideas and features will add value to the database will be consider and raise the budget

- Bids with works portfolio will be considered more that others
