I am designing recipes for children, from 1 serve to 180 serves per recipe. I am a dietitian and food scientists. However, I require a chef to have a look over the recipes and make sure that:
a) They are going to taste good.
b) The quantities will work.
There will be approx. 100 recipes to look over.
You must have experience making dishes to serve >50 people and preferably experience cooking for children.
You must have experience with scaling up recipes (ie good maths skills).
