Also for mobile engineer to access form to fill in enquiry & quote when on site to be updated for the office staff to arrange visit.
Details are to be logged on google excel with "management system" as "ENQUIRIES" for follow up calls, quotes, enquiry etc...
When "Enquiries" are confirmed and the jobs are accepted, or alternative maintenance is confirmed, A "Work order" is created with all relevant details. This work order will be issued to engineers & subcontractors to complete the job, which will be returned with further information filled in. ie - time on site, material used, job completed ? further actions ? customer signature etc which will be intergrated with the work log, for the office staff to see the current situation of the job and the next required step ie further work / quote / or invoice
A worklog is required to manage multiple jobs on regular basis. as work orders are created, the worklog will automatically update, with work order information.
The work log will have a colour priority system 1 - 5 (white - red)
The work log will have the ability to issue jobs to google calander and individuals via gmail accounts
