Project Description

I want to answer the question:

"Does the length of an entry in the dictionary correlate (negatively or positively) with the length of the definition?"

Specifically, does the number of characters in a word correlate with the total number of characters in the definition, including all included definitions, examples, and other explanatory text included in the dictionary entry?

There are at least two free online dictionaries which would be suitable to use for this project:

2. At least one scatter plot, and other visuals optionally.
3. The answer to the question posed above, based on the analysis.
