As an Employent Specialist you will be contacting workers who are interested in working internationally.
You will assist them with developing a professional resume in video and text formats, acquiring visa and other travel documents, and facilitating their skype interviews with international employers
Also you will be assisting local companies to hire international workers by preparing required documents, facilitating skype interviews, and coordinating
settlement and cultural adjustment for arriving foreign workers.
You will be working with or international document processing center, the international corporate services group and our world headquarters in Canada.
Handling financial transactions and processing payments is required
Workers will be provided
Companies wil be provided
You will be paid per interaction. Performance bonuses are paid as well
You will be required to contact 100 workers per day and process 10 resumes
You will be required to contact 10 companies per day and process 1 international job opportunity
Skype interviews, settlement services, government relations will be on an agreed hourly rate.
Start date is May 15, 2013
This is 52 week project, with a 52 week renewal available
You will be busy 40 hours per week plus overtime
We wil be awarding projects based upon geographic and economic trade zones.
All countries are welcome.
A working knowledge of spoken and writtwn English is required.
