- Contact the customers
- Receive correspondence and packages
- Communicate with online stores on behalf of the clients
- Email management, scheduling and calendaring
- Perform additional tasks as they arise
- Experience in managing and organizing documents and schedules
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Ability to spend 2-3 hours a day at your computer
