Database Lookup

Hi I have a .CSV file that has a column for "Model" and a column for "Price". I also have an osCommerce site that also has the above columns. What i need is a piece of software that will check the columns from the .CSV file against the columns in the database online and report back only the ones which differ, and then give me the option of changing any bit that i need to. Also there is a column called status that i need reported back if it contains anything but not if it's blank. It would be nice if it could turn on/off the products that i need to in oscommerce as well from the program you make if i need to. I need it so that i can add more column checks easily as and when i need to (which i will need to, so it needs to be there from the start). I only need it to check the items that are actually in the online database. I would prefer to have a nice looking GUI front to anything that is made for me, as the wife will be using it as well, i do not want just a never ending list of numbers etc. The file has approx 17000+ lines of code, but we are only using around 3000 at present. Hope the above makes sense to someone. Cheers
