Windows Log 2 Syslog Service

Event logs from the Security, Application and System logs must be converted to text format, and delivered to a remote server, or to a remote Syslog server with configurable and dynamic facility and priority settings. It runs as a Service monitoring the windows eventlog and must forward the messages to a syslog server. it must have three interfaces: syslogserver, eventlog monitor and file monitor and the code must be written in delphi 7 or 2010. i'll give the full details via attachment.
