Solenoid driver/Power supply PCB Design:

we are designing a Solenoid driver/Power supply board, a sub-section of our controller development system. Components are mixed SMT and through hole parts. The board is, two layer and approximately 9"x7”. I'm budgeting $400 for this design. The task includes review of the schematic, schematic symbol design, PCB layout library files, creating detailed BOM and Gerber files using PADs version 9.4. We require you to check and validate the packaging of the components (online and Mfg. datasheet check). You need to complete this assignment in four days from the time I award this project. In summary, the deliverables are:

1- Review & check Schematic, correct errors, create symbol libraries and component footprints.

2- Make library files for the components

3- Modify and prepare schematics of the circuit if needed

4-Design (Layout) the PCBs

3-Create Gerber and all documents needed for PCB assy.

5- Prepare BOM with part description, Part package information, Part source (manufacturer, and manufacturer part #)

6- We require you to send me your work and progress daily
