design a PCB as small as possible with a micro controller (PIC32MX series) on it. the PCB should be round and diameter of the PCB should not be more than 5cm. The basic function of the PCB is that there will be a camera attached to the micro-controller which will take images initially for at least a minute, and these images will be stored in an external memory, these images will then be transmitted wireless through an external port. to find a suitable micro-controller , and memory choice with complete analysis is also included in this project. All the software used , all the schematics and programming code should be presented in a complete document form. power system is also included in it. it might not a single PCB but layers of PCB but then the thickness should not be more than 4cm. its more of a research based project to find out how compact a design can be. so keep in mind both the perspectives i.e. hardware and selection of the components through research. this project is needed to be done as soon as possible.
1. Perform a literature review on low power processors and memory devices and perform a trade-off study for selection.
2. Provide schematics and PCB layouts towards an engineering model of the computing board for single unit testing.
3. Write a suitable software program to test the initial functional requirements.
