3 phase AC motor controller

I’m looking for someone to design/prototype a circuit to drive a 3 phase AC motor supplying a pure sine wave signal to the motor. Input voltage will be 12-24 volt DC, output voltage will be the same as the input voltage. Amperage will be tens of amps at the very maximum. I’m expecting the circuit to be controlled by a AVR (ideally), PIC or similar device. When power is supplied to the circuit the frequency increases up to a pre-configured valve. Size is not a great issue but please keep the size fairly compact.
