Need an electrical engineer who can design a PCB, and provide simulations along with best chips to use / costs.
The final build will be to create a dual FPGA litecoin/bitcoin miner unit (so both SHA-256 and Scrypt)
The FPGA unit would need help from on-board RAM, so you would need to have some understanding of utilising the RAM for processing as well.
