Need an Arduino code to analyze three inputs and display them

I have a Bender Isometer IR155-4204 which has two relevant outputs (one with a PWM signal and one binary). And a thermistor in an electric motor.
I want an Arduino MEGA 2560 to analyse these three values and send them to a display or something else (whatever you suggest).
I am looking forward to your ideas.

You see the manual of the Isometer attached. Page 5 has most of the relevant information.
I have to measure the Thermistor at some temperatures.
