Project Description

I would like to create a PIC or Atmel MCU based pump. It will work much like a petrol pump works at the garage. When the switched input is enabled, the Display must run a set clear routine, then, switch the relay, this will in turn start the motor. The Pulsed input will pulse at a known rate, to record the amount of water pumped though, the display will update in real time this figure. Just like a petrol pump would. The Pulsed output will pulse at a set amount depending on a jumper setting. 3 or 4 options. When the switched input is then turned off, the relay must be switched off, and the total amount remain on the display. Until the next time the switch input is triggered, then the sequence is started all over again. It must have an EEPROM, or some kind of memory to record the grand total of water pumped, when a 2nd input button is pressed, this would then be displayed on the Display. I will need circuit design.
