Hardwiring Computer Monitor To Stay On

When my computer is starting up and booting WIndows-7 OS, my computer LCD monitor keeps going to a blue screen and it shows a message "no signal". This happens about 2-3 times during the stages of WIndows-7 loading.

Is there any way I can connect a wire to supply voltage to any of the pins going to the LCD monitor so that it will always stay on as if it has video signal from the PC? And once the PC sends video signal, it would display it and thus never go to a blue screen saying "no signal". This should not interfere with the video signal from the PC or cause damage to the PC.

My PC connects to the LCD Screen through a DVI port.

I would need to provide me detailed instructions as to which pin or wire I should connect to to make it work, and how it should be connected (diodes? or anything else?).

Thank You.
