Serial bootloader

I require a serial bootloader for an Atmel AT32UC3C micro controller using UART0. The bootloader should work with a simple terminal emulator such as Hyperterminal using software handshaking. It should also be possible to use over a 485 connection using two control lines to set the data direction.

All pin defines will be provided along with xtal description. There is no requirement for encryption this is a simple straight forward development tool.
