arduino fluid sensor system

Hello. Im designing different electronics devices, mostly based on avr, arm MCUs and boards with them like arduino, stm-discovery etc. I can help you with your deal and since im new one here I can do it cheaper then anybody. (autopromotion^)) There are 2 possible sensors. 1 - bobber sensor cutted in to your tank on 10% level. 2 - sensor, that will be placed into tank from top. This can be either bobber with rod to push top sensor, or couple of electrodes. What fluid? How to alert? I can do full design with prototyping. Sice lack of info bid can be changed. Lets talk.
