We have a small Accounting Firm 2 story office building in the architectural design phase. The architect has supplied a lighting plan based on conventional lighting. The project is for all lighting, interior and exterior, excluding landscape lighting.
We are interested in a conversion of that traditional lighting plan into an LED lighting plan. Project will require all aspects of the lighting plan including the engineering, building plans in .dwg and /pdf format, specific product specifications for fixtures, bulbs, etc. The project includes everything that we will need to provide to a builder for bidding purposes. Any lighting fixture in the plan not converted to LED will need to be specifically identified.
Some or all of the exterior lighting may not be included in the files attached. We may be able to obtain additional plans from the architect, upon request.
Many of the bids I am receiving are for a rendering/design of a lighting concept.
The project here is actually for an architectural and engineering plan for the conversion/replacement of the interior and exterior lighting fixtures and location within/around the building. The files attached to the project are conventional flourescent type fixtures, and need to be converted to LED fixtures. The deliverables are "blueprint" drawings of the locations and type of LED lighting fixtures, a designation and listing of specific fixtures, bulbs, etc., electrical loads, etc. related to the plan.
The end result should be a package that builders can use to cost out and bid the lighting project.
Project has been extended due to recent contact with bidders and providing additional information.
