Hi, We are architectural designers in the UK. I picked up from your profile that you are based in the USA. I am assuming that you are building the shop in the USA, therefore you will need to obtain a building permit. For that you will need a local architect to work with you & your local town hall to approve the proposals. We have done a number of pre-manufactured units that come pre-made & look really smart. They might be a better option. For $250, we will inform you of the different options & products & help you appoint the right people. Generally a builder cannot gain approval without the help of a local architect.
