Hey all i am looking for someone who's good at designing PCB layouts in Eagle Cad or equivalent design software. I i have a design on paper but i am not familiar enough with any PCB software in order to layout my board in order for me to send it to get made. I'm not good at knowing how thick to make the traces, what should be on the first layer vs the 2nd., etc. Basically trying to get everything i need on the board in the smallest size possible. Also, i am unable to find the library needed for some of the components listed below but i can provide all the schematics for each component if needed.

My board size should be less than 6" (width) x 3" (height).

The components i will be needing on this PCB are as follows (more may be needed):
- Arduino ATmega32u4
- DIODE SWITCHING 75V [url removed, login to view] DO35
- RES [url removed, login to view] OHM 1/4W 1% AXIAL
- OPTOCOUPLER TRANS [url removed, login to view] 6DIP
- TERM BLOCK [url removed, login to view] VERT 3POS PCB
- Mini DC-DC Buck Converter Step Down Module (already populated)

I will be using the Terminal Blocks above for input/output wires to/from my board to other equipment (like a 4-channel relay module, etc).

You will be bidding based on the components listed above and your availability to preform the task that i am in need of. Please do let me know if you have any connections with PCB manufacturing and if you can create my PCB at a cheaper cost than i can (~$60 for 2-layer FR4, 35µmCu, [url removed, login to view] inch, Soldermask, ENIG (Electroless Nickel Gold) for ultra-flat pads).
