Applicant must have the development environment for this processor and extensive experience in this environment.
Hardware design is already completed, diagrams will be provided as will preliminary source code for the work to date through in house programmer.
Two projects are currently in progress with more to be detailed in near future.
TX80 basic and advanced. Basic has limited functionality whereas Advanced has more user programmable functions available through a switch matrix and LCD screen.
Both units are transmitters for measuring capacitive coupling.
The transmitters work with a DC source and sequentially switch an output throug a positive voltage output, no output, a negative voltage output and an other no output phase.
The output stage is a H bridge enabling the alternating polarity to be achieved.
As the voltage and current can be significant it is essential that under no circumstanced can the system switch both high and low side drivers on at the same side in the same leg.
The transmitter is synchronised to a GPS which has both a serial and a digital interface. The serial string reports GPS time, which after UTC correction is used to synchronise the transmitters positive output start phase. A digital 1 second pulse serves to synchronise the processors internal clock.
