ECG Signal compression
Description: the worker needs to come up with enhanced three ECG Compression techniques, based on comparison he should make on 10 compression algorithms when applied on the same signal, describing all the work he has done.
1- Applying 10 different ECG Signal compression algorithms on MATLAB on the same signal.
2- Making a full detailed comparison between all the compression results with graphs of the compressed signals.
3- Pick the three most efficient algorithms and enhance them to get more efficient results. (you need to adjust the code in order to get a better compression)
4- Full detailed description on the whole process is needed; don’t forget to mention the reference where you got the algorithms from.
In the end of the project you need to submit the following:
1- The 10 ECG compression algorithms you used and there references. (The algorithms should be in MATLAB files).
2- The fully detailed comparison report between the 10 algorithms when applied on the same signals (with graphs and all information).
3- The new three enhanced algorithms (MATLAB files).
4- Comparison between the three new algorithms (fully detailed).
5- Fully detailed description of all the work has been done especially the theoretical work and the MATLAB work.
6- The signal used in the comparison.
