I am a bit clueless about the project, here the information i got from my teacher.

"Creation Of The Interface Between Ansys And In-House Nonlinear Analysis

Software:

This major goal of this project is creation of the MATLAB (FORTRAN or any other programming language) code which would collect the results of ANSYS modal analysis in the form required for the nonlinear forced response analysis code developed in-house. The data collected comprises calculated by ANSYS natural frequencies and mode shapes at selected set of points. The project will include performing the modal analysis of a test structure using ANSYS, development of the code and its thorough testing."
