Please find attached specifications to implement a remote control system for DSLR camera using PTP protocol and an Arduino or an other control board (even PCduino…).
It is mainly constituted by a control board, a small color display screen, an usb link, a DSLR, and 5 control buttons.

All this specifications can be modified during the first step of the contract. Feel free to make your own proposal.
The final tool should be cost efficient, and use as low power as possible.
The work and payment are going to be structured by following steps :
10 % at validation/upgrade of specification
20 % at reception of a first version fully working for one DSLR (D80 or D90)
20% at validation of the first version
20% at reception of the full version
30 % at the validation of the full version
This full version must be able to remote control the following DSLR :
Nikon : D80, D90, D600, D700, D800, D7000, D7100, D5000, D5100, D5200, D3000, D3100, D3200
Keep in mind that the software must be easily upgradable (control canon DSLR, add new modules like time lapse or focus stacking...)
