We have several files from 30 million to 300 million records. files are periodically updated ( from daily to monthly ) and fields can occasionally change, be added or deleted. provide ability for users to submit quires from the web ( counts ) - allow them to select fileds to be included in the count as well as the output. Example of this would be ... search for all companies in the state of florida - search criteria being SIC code, # of employees, non franchise, revenue - output to include Name, address, years in business, longitude / latitude.
all orders must be fixed to an account (either existing or create new) - maintain order history for possible suppression on future orders - ability to upload files for suppression or inclusion in current job - allow for multiple standard output options ... FTP , dropbox ... email etc...
Allow for multiple user levels and permissions ... at least 3 levels of admin that can create user accounts under them ...
*** this project needs to be done really fast and requires people very skilled in Data base architecture and writing apps that can handle multiple simultaneous calls to the DB and can integrate with a billing and invoicing module as well .... for the right team or person this will be the first of a series of projects as we continue to build our inventory of files and data.
