Coder to help integrate merchant and website form(repost)

Hello, thanks for looking at this bid request. I need a coder who has experience working with merchant accounts and integrating them to websites. The specific issue I have is enduring that the site complies to the merchant account terms of agreement. This job may require you to speak with the merchant account company technical team. Or if you have the knowledge, you will just need to follow the instructions in their documentation and ensure the site is amended to comply. The coder will need to know xml, php etc Questions qill be answered to the right coder with the right experience.
