Write detailed AWS setup instructions

Hi, I need someone to write detailed instructions with step by step examples (and images) on how to configure a high availability site using AWS. The site is built in PHP/MySQL and needs to be highly available, auto scaling and file replication. I have attached the required architecture. Some things to consider: - PHP sessions must be maintained if a user is moved from 1 server to another - Auto scaling when load gets to 60% CPU (or whatever I choose) - Static files hosted in CloudFront - Have the ability for the DB layer to have multiple read instances - ELB's will support HTTPS so need to explain how to convert GoDaddy certs to PEM - Bastion host to have access to the instances through VPN The site will be hosting health information so needs to be "locked down" as much as possible and only accessible via minimal access points. Payment released after instructions are verified by following the steps.
