I am a self-learner who is learning the theory behind control systems and designing controllers for various devices. I am really interested in learning about the working principle behind control systems, and therefore I am practicing random problems to help me improve my skills in this subject. There were three problems which I got really stuck on, and I need to figure out how it is done. These problems require an extensive knowledge of Matlab and designing controllers for Control Systems. It includes two heat transfer problems and a DC motor. The two heat transfer problems are a thermoelectric cooler for a CPU and a 3D printer extruder head. The analysis that needs to be done include finding the governing equation, constructing a SIMULINK model, simulating and analyzing the system using Proportional Control, as well as Root Locus and Bode Plot. The specific instructions are uploaded and so please read it carefully since as it is mentioned before this will require a strong background in Control Theory/Matlab.
