Seeking an English and Portuguese speaking customer service representative. The ideal candidate is efficient and proactive in completing tasks, flexible and is able to work with minimal supervision. You will be dealing with customers via live chat and email. Candidate will work from home, thus he/she must have access to a Windows-powered computer, high-speed internet, and the basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
