Answer phone calls from customers in Turkey.
The candidate has to be native Turkish speaker and enough English to communicate with Client.
Most of customers are calling to cancel a mobile content subscription. So the job is about taking his phone number and add it into a list to be cancel through specific software
Training will be provided (2 days training).
Working schedule is Monday trough Friday: From 7am to 3pm Turkey time
