We are an investment company and need someone that has experience in Real Estate forms and contracts and also know how to get info on properties that a traditional person does not. Such info required is seller info (all who are on title), Property legal descriptions, comparables for an area and the property address provided. A brief description on the area if it is good bad or stay away from such as crime, if it is a hot market which would mean houses are selling fast and up to property values. Every property we are interested in we need as much info as possible that will be done quickly as time is an essence with us and deals can be lost without the proper and quality info. Also we will want the VA to locate properties through many sources as real estate sites, software we have access to. This is for any vacant and Bank Owned property We also work on short sales so we would want the VA to follow up and gather info on a property and when we have a signed contract list the property for sale on all sites available with our additional business sites. We also require to have this person post ads on sites to attract buyer and selelrs so having a creative mindsat to attract attention on small ads is good attribute. This person or person's need to be able to understand what is needed and not need allot of guidance as sometimes we are working on many many deals This person should also be able to fill out contracts and information on forms we provide more to discuss when we get to know them. We want a professional presence and everything done on forms and contracts must be exceptional to detail. We put deals together 7 days a week so we ned access to this person at all times yet weekends we try and not do allot yet there are times that we hae to. This person must understand all Foreclosures rules of the USA in all states If there is a person that has little experience yet have the ability to pick up fast and have excellent english communication skills then we will consider this If you are a person that has one of these skills and you are excellent at it let us know and we will consider it Send us info on what you an do and how you can help us out along with your pricing expectations.
