I need an Excel spreadsheet or Access DB tool developed to do the following:

This is a survey that is updated approximately every 6 months. The new sheet needs to track and maintain data collected from every survey. (ie. each spreadsheet will contain the data from Jan-14, July-13, Jan-13, July-12, Jan-12, etc.)
• The spreadsheet will produce a summary of compiled data including:
• Total # of units for each time period.
• Average # of units compared to number of properties.
• Total # of units by type.
• Average # of units by type.
• Average square feet by unit type.
• Average rent per month by type.
• Mean rent per month by type.
• Range of rent per month by type.
• Change in rent per month by property over time. (ie. the tool will track the difference from each time period to the next)
• Rent per month by identified property. (ie. the tool will track rent per month for individual properties)
• Change in average rent per month by type over time. (ie. the tool will track the difference from each time period to the next)
• Total rent per month by type over time. (ie. the tool will track the average rent per month and mean rent per month over time)
• Change in garage rent over time. (ie. the tool will track the same information above for garage rentals)
• Change in current occupancy. (ie. the tool will track the property and average occupancy rates over time)
The tool should be appropriate dimensions to print out on 8.5” x 11” paper.
