Adobe PDF linked with Excel or Access?

Hello! I currently use a pdf form that I created, its about 10 pages long and is well set up visually. I have a number of fields set global so I only have to enter it one time.

What I would like to do is somehow have a database linked to this form or a recreated form so that I can enter in the form and it will automatically populate the pdf layout. For example - "Name column" in excel/access will populate the "name" fields in the pdf form.

The other part of this is about 6 pages are pictures pages. I currently click the picture place and then browse to the picture I want to input in that field. Ideally I'd like to drag and drop to that field if possible? For example, if I have my pictures file open on my computer I just drag that picture into the corresponding box and it goes into the space. Also, again, if possible, when someone is viewing the final pdf document if they can click on the picture and it will open up in its original larger size before being compressed into the picture blank on the pdf form?

I don't know how much of this is possible or maybe another type of software or database's would work, I'm also open to an online way of doing it or even through a software program that everything is entered into. The biggie is each pdf has to be signed by the client, so we use the pencil tool in pdf and on our tablets they sign the proper blank which finishes off the report.
