database and report creation

I have a series of tab delimited data files. 1) I want a database created using these files and 2) I want reports designed that use the data in that database. I have attached samples of: 1) the original tab data files and 2) the desired reports.

When originally posted, I neglected to attach the job description! Now it is attached as Inventory Reports - General Notes.docx.
