We need someone to maintain our server remotely via VPN/RDP. We need to set up a few test environments (using VM Ware?) so that our testers can RDP in to do their tesing on our virtual machines. We have 2 laptop users in the office and a number of sub-contractors (up to about 20 at a time). We develop MS Access applications and Web Applications (.net) plus do SQL Server work. The problem we have is that sometimes our clients have a different environment to what is available to our developers and testers. We therefore need someone who can set up test environments (such as VM-Ware) that can then be accessed remotely and the software tested in an environment similar to the clients environment. Then when we deliver we can be confident it will work. As I see it the process will be: 1. You provide a form that we can send to our clients to ascertain their environment 2. The client fills out the form 3. You create a virtual machine that can be accessed remotely. 4. The programmers and (mainly) the testers ensure that the software works in that environment.
