We are wanting someone to design a word document that we can use to create a contract document.
Bascially we are an ISP and we have a number of different internet services that a client can apply for and we are wanting to simplify what we currently doing now which is cut and paste from a number of different documents and end up with a contract document that clients sign for.
So what we want is a way that one of our employees can enter the following details for a prospective clients
Company Post Code
Company Phone Number
Company Fax Number
Then we want to be able to select which internet service they want
Then we want to be able to select other services they want (they can select more than one)
Spam / Virus protection
Once all the information above has been entered this information should be pasted into the relevant sections and a contract document produced for the client to sign,
We have all the text for all the sections, so I guess we just need the programming to put the document together,
We are thinking this should be done in Word but happy to use other technologies.
