Attendance Dashboard - Create VBA to count the color of conditional formatted cells and give instructions based on the count

I have an attendance dahsboard-tracker that helps me track all the incidents at my site per employee and per year, however I want the tracker to count all the incidents that happened in a specific month and to give me an action to do based on that count. The problem that I have is that all the incidents of the dashboard are showing based on conditional formatting so Excel cannot count the colors of the cells because they are not manually filled. I need someone that could write the VBA code to count the colors of the cells of each row (month).
