We are a manufacturer who uses Product Sheets to communicate with our factories and with various other internal departments. These Product sheets contain information on a specific product which helps the factories understand exactly what it is we want them to build. This helps them figure out an accurate price and helps us define what exactly we want, when, etc. This product sheet is also critical in helping us determine shipping information, etc.
Presently, this document is a very basic Excel spreadsheet with a spot for a picture of the product and with various other fields. I want to redesign this spreadsheet so that it is created as easily and as completely as possible (drop down lists, jumping automatically from cell to cell, etc). It also needs to be FULLY compatible with Excel 97-2003.
I am looking for reasonable hourly rates from someone who is very comfortable in Excel. I am trying to convince management to find a freelancer who can work with us on many future projects like this as we are growing rapidly. This first job will be key in helping to convince them.
I HAVE ATTACHED 2 DOCUMENTS - THE 1ST IS AN OLD VERSION OF OUR PRODUCT SHEET, THE 2ND IS A RECENT VERSION / WORK IN PROGRESS WITH DROP DOWN LISTS, AND CELL TO CELL NAVIGATION. THE 2ND ONE IS CLOSE TO WHAT I WANT BUT THERE ARE PROBLEMS (IE - THE PICTURE BOX INTERFERES WITH THE CELL TO CELL NAVIGATION).
I AM NEW TO THIS SERVICE SO MAYBE THERE IS A WAY TO DO THIS BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW. I WILL NOT BE RESPONDING TO ANY NEW BIDS SO NO MORE BIDS PLEASE. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF EVALUATING AND DISCUSSING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THIS PROJECT.
