The attached SAMPLE Excel spread sheet includes 152 rows of data and many columns of data (not all columns of data will be used or relevant.
The real spreadsheet will include one to three thousand rows of data however the rear spread sheet data will increase over time.
I wish for your way of viewing the data to be compatible with future Excel spreadsheets I tell it to reference.

Report Variation Three Breakdown number of P that turn into C MONTHLY
Inspections By Created by column B to easily see what creator is booking more inspections as a percentage on a monthly basis.
Once again I am looking for you to create an "overlay" type program I can run on a monthly basis as the Excel spreadsheet changes.
The number of rows will change every month however the columns will remain consistent.
Yes, I know reformatting the dates will be a challenge.
