I have an auditing checklist in excel and I would like it if when a point is missed, a statement is generated automatically at the bottom in the notes section. For example:
1. Safety equipment is present and accounted for: No
So because "no" was the answer, in the notes section a statement is automatically populated:
1. The following equipment should be present: boots, gloves, etc etc.
Hopefully that explanation makes sense?
