I need someone to code and then put online (as the access to this tool will be via on online admin) a very simple inventory tool. This online admin inventory tool will be very similar to an Excel spread sheet (6 columns and thousands of rows, filters and lists).

A few people within our company will need to log into this online admin inventory tool in order to daily modify the inventory. Each person will have their own Login and password.
There will be 6 columns of data:
. References: References will start at 500. Only references will information should appear.
. Gem variety: selection from a pre-defined list
. Weight (no pre-entered information). It will be a figure with two decimals such as 15.86, 4.67.
. Location of the product: selection from a pre-defined list (shop A, shop B, shop C, office, etc)
. Date: this will indicate the item's last location (a pre entered calendar with days/months/year similar to calendar's used online when purchasing a plane ticket for instance)
Note that the system will need to record the items' various changes (ex: reference 500 was located in shop A on Jan 1 2013, then in Shop B on Feb 15 2013 then sold on March 2 2013 etc). The last location (for reference 502 for example = sold) will appear by default.
Note that the Admin should be able to:
. add Locations (Shop D, Shop E etc)
. add Users (X, Y, Z etc)
. add Gem varieties
I hope I was clear... The attached spreadsheet is very useful as it is more or less what I want to achieve (except that it will be online).
