Project Description

Hi, I will be needing to run this process daily to work out the total number of items that will be sent for each postage service

Here is roughly how I would like the data to be displayed at the end of the macro

Service provider Code Number of items

City Link 3 Day SL100 15

City Link 3 Day LL100 25

City Link 3 Day LL250 226

City Link 3 Day LL500 221

City Link 3 Day LL750 55

City Link 3 Day PT750 1

City Link 3 Day PT1000 26

City Link 3 Day PT1250 3

City Link 3 Day PT1500 21

City Link 3 Day PT1750 2

City Link 3 Day PT2000 2

Royal Mail LL 1 Day All Codes 5

Royal Mail PT 1 Day All Codes 5

Royal Mail Europe AMLL 19

Royal Mail Europe AMPT 19

Royal Mail ROW AMLL 19

Royal Mail ROW AMPT 19

The file begins as a CSV file, with the following columns; Post Service cFullName dProcessedOn cCountry ChannelSKU Barcode

then I need to;

1. Delete all rows of data that has a dProcessedOn older than the today (the day the report is made) (sort by newest first)

2. Remove duplicate names, Sort by cFullName, remove duplicates

3. Sort by cCountry, split the United Kingdom from the other countries

4. Sort the UK section by Post Service, separate any 1st class services

5. Display the total number of SL100, LL100, LL250, LL500, LL750, PT750, PT1000, PT1250, PT1500, PT1750, PT2000 codes in the totals screen (take data from UK section only) (data codes found in barcode column)

6. Split the other countries in to europe and not europe, count the total number of AMPT / AMPLL (also found in barcode column)
