The project is very small, and for a person with right Excel skills and experience will be
easy to complete. The data entry isn't required for all the fields. A good candidate will be able to provide some good templates with sample data and requirements that I give, and have a walkthrough via Skype (1 hour max) where he/ she will present/ explain the functionality/ usability of the templates, also will send me the templates prior the call.
Looking for a professional who will:
1. Create a few unique excel "skills capability matrix" spreadsheets based on the data that I provide (approx 3 spreadsheets based on the same data, the point of having 3 is to have a choice)
2. The spreadsheet will contain the list of persons, skills, tools, certificates. For each skill the corresponding rating (1-5) will be added.
1. The color scheme has to "make sense"
2. The form should be "reusable", "well organised" and "user friendly"
3. The "readable" charts should be added as per requirement (represent the data efficiently for all the individuals according to their skillset, location etc.)
