FBML Fan page expert

I need a professional Facebook fan page customized. We have all the designs created, but need a FBML expert to make the parts active. The link below shows the site we’re designing our page after. Once this is done they are taken to the FBML welcome page. - Have a Video player and a Video Tab that shows all the videos uploaded - Have a Gallery area that takes you to the Photo tab once clicked - Have a twitter tab “using TABFUSION” show what I am writing on twitter in real time just like the Love and Other drugs example. - Activate link of Coming soon tab - Have the ability to interact with people (post new content, etc) Tabs needed to have Wall, Info, Welcome, Video, Photos, and Twitter NOTE: we are only willing to pay $50 max for this project..
