We are a small start-up recruitment agency seeking the services of a skilled and experienced FileMaker Pro 12 database developer. We have spent too many hours attempting to create a functional database to primarily store and search for all candidate related information however are not happy with our results and feel it is best to outsource this to a professional. So that said, we are seeking an individual who can create a simple and functional database for our team to solely use to record and manage our registered candidate information.
I am able to provide an outline of the requirements of the project including the information that will need to be recorded in the database but in summary this will be candidate contact information, availability, job preferences, profession, skill-set etc and we would like to be able to attach basic external files within the database i.e resume, registration form and references if possible.
This project is for the database design and development ONLY (no data-entry involved). If we are happy with the work carried out we will certainly use the freelancer again for ongoing jobs as and when our business requires it.
We will access this via our desktops, IPads and Iphones.
We are hoping to have a functional database in place for use prior to March if possible.
