I would like to get assistance in developing a simple Business Plan for a small semi casual Indian restaurant. This restaurant is being opened in Redlands CA. Here is what should be included in this plan:
Product or Service: Describe what we're selling. Focus on customers and benefits.
Market Analysis: need to know our market, customer needs, where they are, how to reach them, etc. For areas including Redlands, Highland, Yucaipa, and Loma Linda areas.
Standard Business Plan with detailed Marketing Strategy
Strategy and Implementation: Be specific. Include management responsibilities with dates and budgets. Need to track results. Pricing, Promotion, and distribution.
Web Plan Summary: For e-commerce, include discussion of website, menu, development costs, operations, sales and marketing strategies.
Company Description: Legal establishment, history, start-up plans, etc.
Management Team: Describe the organization and the key management team members.
Financial Analysis: Make sure to include at the very least your projected Profit and Loss and Cash Flow tables.
Standard tables and charts: There are also some business tables and charts that are normally expected in a standard business plan.
Plan should also have Sales Forecast and Profit and Loss statements. They should also have separate Personnel listings, projected Balance Sheet, projected Business Ratios, and Market Analysis tables. Target audience including Indian and non Indian customers.
