Flash-based image editor

The project consists on writing a SWF flash component that reads an image from a URL, then provides a brush (with optinal sizes and shapes: circle, square) that the user can use to paint parts of the image (color semitransparent green). Then the user hits a button and a PNG is generated from the image with the painted area is transparent (the border is shaded (feathered) ); the png image is posted to another URL.
