I have 5 Animated Clips that is currently complete with animated characters (not optimal to my liking yet), and voiceovers done. I need a good freelancer that can take on these 5 animated clips and improve their quality to a TV-acceptable standard. You may be required to fine-tune the animation of the characters and create a replacement background image. Each clip is less than a minute long. One of the clips has been uploaded to the following link: [login to view URL] High Preference will be given to the freelancer with a good portfolio, OR, who is able to illustrate what he is capable of by producing something with an extract of 10-15 seconds of the existing video.
